The number of certified professionals within the Orange Group team has increased. Company employees completed the Real Estate Agent Attestation Course, prepared for the assessment, and successfully passed the examinations administered by the Georgian National Association of Real Estate (GNARE). Their professional qualifications are now formally confirmed by industry certificates.
Professional experience alone is not sufficient to obtain the certificate. From September 22 to October 13, 2026, the specialists completed the Real Estate Agent Attestation Course, covering property-related working standards, the legal aspects of real estate transactions, and professional ethics. Only after completing the course did they proceed to the knowledge assessment.
The course ends with an examination, and only those who pass it receive a certificate. According to GNARE, each graduate is assigned a unique code that clients can use to verify that the agent has genuinely completed the certification.
The course programme is based on CEPI recommendations and covers 11 topics:
Classes are taught by practitioners from real estate, banking, law, taxation and valuation.
The course programme is accredited by the European Association of Real Estate Professions (CEPI), which brings together national real estate associations across Europe. CEPI was founded in Brussels in 1990 and unites national associations of real estate agents and property managers from European countries — more than 30 organisations and over 350,000 professionals. It represents the industry before the institutions of the European Union and sets minimum education standards for agents. The CEPI accreditation of the GNARE course is stated on every certificate.
The real estate market changes rapidly, and an agent’s practical experience needs to be supported by up-to-date professional knowledge. For Orange Group, this is part of our ongoing work with the team.
Course graduates received their certificates at a ceremony held by the Georgian National Association of Real Estate. Orange Group specialists were among the graduates.

The Georgian National Association of Real Estate was established in 2014. Its objective is to make the real estate agent profession in Georgia more transparent, standardised, and understandable for clients.
The Association:
Georgia currently does not have a state licensing system for real estate agents. Formally, anyone can work as a real estate agent. This makes certification by a professional association one of the few ways to confirm that an agent has the necessary professional knowledge and approaches their work responsibly.
This is especially important when purchasing an apartment in Batumi from abroad and being unable to personally verify every document.
The new certificates complement qualifications already held by members of the Orange Group team.
Congratulations to our colleagues on reaching another professional milestone!
