T’way Air is launching seasonal charter flights between Seoul and Tbilisi.

This is not the first time such operations are carried out: in 2024−2025, Korean Air also operated seasonal flights. The dynamics are notable passenger traffic increased from 1,077 passengers in 2024 to 2,233 in 2025.
Direct air connectivity, even in charter format, signals growing interest in the destination. For tourism and business relations, this represents an additional channel of inflow from one of Asia’s most solvent markets.
Such developments typically have an impact on the real estate sector, particularly in Tbilisi and Batumi.
