Money transfers to Georgia continue to grow.

In July 2026, around $ 350 million in money transfers entered the country — 3.9% more than a year earlier.
The most notable aspect is the structure of these inflows. Nearly two-thirds of the total came from the EU and the United States. Among individual countries, the leading sources were the United States, Italy, Russia, Germany, and Israel.
At the same time, Russia’s share continues to decline: the volume of transfers from Russia fell by 7.1% year-on-year. Meanwhile, inflows from other countries are increasing.
For the real estate market, this is an important backdrop. A stable inflow of funds from abroad supports domestic demand, buyers' purchasing power, and overall economic activity.
It is also important that the sources of these transfers are becoming increasingly diversified. The less dependent the market is on any single country, the more resilient it becomes to external changes.
For Batumi and Georgia as a whole, this is another indication that demand is supported not only by tourism and investment transactions, but also by a steady inflow of capital from abroad.
