Orange Group presented Georgian real estate at the International Real Estate Exhibition in Warsaw!
On April 25−26, we participated in one of the largest international real estate exhibitions in Warsaw.
The #1 real estate agency for new building sales in Batumi and a member of the Georgian National Association of Real Estate, Orange Group, presented the Georgian real estate market at the international exhibition in Poland.


Over 500 express consultations on the investment potential of Batumi and more than 50 individual property selections for both investment and living were conducted for visitors to the exhibition.


Our experts spoke about the country’s investment climate, regional characteristics, tax legislation, legal registration of transactions, and methods of payment and money transfer.
Contracts signed at the exhibition demonstrated high interest in the Batumi real estate market.





The exhibition was attended by potential buyers from Poland, Germany, the USA, Great Britain, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the UAE, India, Thailand, Bali, Egypt, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, and other countries.

Orange Group presented the following properties at the exhibition:

— DreamLand Oasis (Chakvi): a luxury hotel and residential complex. The complex has its own infrastructure: outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a new modern water park, bars and restaurants, playgrounds, a promenade to the embankment, bowling, a games room, 3D, 7D, 9D cinemas, tennis courts, a football field, a nightclub, karaoke, a SPA center, a basketball court, and a volleyball court.
