Emaar launches a grand coastal project in Georgia — Gonio Yachts & Marina!
Georgia is reaching a whole new level. In Gonio, south of Batumi, Emaar and Eagle Hills are starting the construction of a project that will transform the entire perception of the Black Sea coastline.
A seaside city will emerge here featuring:

  • a yacht club
  • hotels
  • restaurants
  • promenades
  • premium residential districts
This is not just a complex, but a place where serene coastal luxury meets smart urbanism. The area spans 260 hectares  nearly 4% of all Batumi. The project is part of a $ 6.5 billion investment package, implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of Georgia.
Designed as a Smart City, it will offer intelligent networks, energy efficiency, safety, and comfort  created not only for tourists but for those who will live here year-round.
This is more than construction it’s a signal to the world that Georgia is ready for major players. Following Emaar, even more developers from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Europe may arrive. And it seems Gonio is about to become the launch point of a new era on the Black Sea coast.
